Reservation, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Reservation and Payment

• A 25% advance payment (deposit) of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• The reservation is confirmed after the payment reaches the company's accounts and is approved by us.
• The remaining 75% is collected on board on the first day of the tour.
• Guests are kindly requested to pay in cash whenever possible.
• Credit card payments are accepted when cash payment is not possible.
• Payments may be made in Euro (€), Pound Sterling (£), US Dollar ($) or Turkish Lira (₺).
• These payment terms apply to Diving Blue Cruise, Blue Cruise, Cabin Reservation, Private Charter and Group Reservation bookings.

2. Deposit Refund and Cancellation Terms

OFF-SEASON (November – February)

• The advance payment (deposit) is refunded when the reservation is cancelled in writing at least 90 days before the tour.

INTERIM PERIOD (February – April)

• The advance payment (deposit) is refunded when the reservation is cancelled in writing at least 45 days before the tour.

HIGH SEASON (April – November)

• The advance payment (deposit) is refunded when the reservation is cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the tour.
• The deposit is non-refundable for cancellation requests made outside the periods stated above.

3. Postponement of the Reservation

• Instead of cancelling, a guest may request that the reservation be postponed within the same season.
• Postponement requests within the same year are evaluated according to operational planning and availability.
• When availability permits, the reservation may be transferred to another date within the same season.
• At the guest's request and with the company's approval, the reservation may also be transferred to the following season.
• For reservations transferred to the following season, the guest retains the price and reservation rights applicable at the time of the original reservation.
• No price increase is applied to an approved reservation transfer.

4. Illness and Force Majeure

• If a tour participant suffers a serious illness or accident that prevents participation, the condition must be documented with an official medical report issued by a fully equipped hospital.
• In such a case, postponement of the reservation or a refund is evaluated by the company with operational costs taken into account.
• If the tour cannot take place because of natural disasters, epidemics, war, decisions of public authorities, port authority restrictions or other force majeure events beyond the parties' control, the parties will first seek agreement on postponing the reservation.
• If postponement is not possible, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable legislation and these reservation terms.

5. Refunds

• When a refund is due, it is completed within no more than 30 business days after the cancellation request is approved and all required documents have been received by us.
• The company is not responsible for bank transfer fees, deductions charged by payment providers or differences caused by exchange-rate fluctuations.

6. General Provisions

• The reservation, payment, cancellation and refund terms above apply equally to Diving Blue Cruise, Blue Cruise, Cabin Reservation, Private Charter and Group Reservation bookings.
• The company reserves the right to change the tour programme, route order or accommodation plan when necessary for safety, weather conditions, technical requirements, decisions of port authorities or force majeure.
• By completing the reservation, the guest is deemed to have read and accepted these reservation, payment, cancellation and refund terms.
