Blue cruise on the shores of Fethiye and Gocek. What is bettern than waking up every morning in another Mediterranean bay and spending all day in the sea away from traffic, noise, and the crowd?

Prices include accommodation, morning, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. Masks, snorkels and flippers are available in our boat for you to swim comfortably.

1. Reservation and Payment:
To confirm the reservation, a deposit payment of at least 25% of the total service fee is required.
The formal reservation record will be created once the payment reaches our bank accounts and is confirmed by our team.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations are processed based on the remaining time until the tour start date, according to the following terms:
Up to 90 Days Before: In case of cancellation, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made exceeding this amount will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
Between 90 and 14 Days Before: The deposit remains non-refundable. However, guests may (subject to availability) have the right to transfer their deposit (25% of the total tour fee) to be used for a reservation in the following year.
14 Days or Less Before: For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the tour date, the full tour price (100%) will be charged/claimed.

3. Health Issues and Force Majeure:
Health Conditions: In the event of a serious illness or accident preventing a participant from joining the tour, an official medical board report from a fully-equipped hospital must be submitted. In such cases, the refund of the paid amount (excluding operational expenses) or the rescheduling of the reservation remains at the discretion of the management.

Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, pandemics, official bans by port authorities preventing the tour, or states of war; the tour dates shall be postponed by mutual agreement. If rescheduling is not possible, payments will be refunded within legal periods.

4. Refunds:
Eligible refunds under the cancellation terms will be processed within 30 business days following the cancellation notice and the submission of necessary documents.
